Questions for Ms. Goose

Good questions, gladly answered.

Everything families tend to ask before their first adventure. If your question is not here, Ms. Goose would love to hear it.

The Silly Goose Membership is $240 a month, which works out to $60 each Friday. It reserves your child's place at Social Club every Friday and includes member benefits throughout the year: priority booking for Storybook Date Nights, 10% off Storybook Birthday Experiences, access to our weekly Lending Library, and a Silly Goose Reading Passport with Goose Stamps earned each time a book is borrowed. Membership is strictly limited to 12 children.

Yes. Drop-In Fridays are $65 whenever space is available. Members always have first claim on the 12 places, so drop-in availability varies week to week.

Fridays from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at our studio, 625 Main Street, Suite 27B, in downtown Windermere.

The Friday Social Club is designed for children ages 18 months to 4 years, with a parent or caregiver on premise. Every experience is tailored to your child's age, stage, and interests.

No. Silly Goose is a storybook-inspired early childhood experience led by experienced early childhood educators, at our studio and in family homes. The Friday Social Club is a weekly 90-minute gathering built around a carefully chosen story, with play as the foundation for learning, friendship, and connection. A parent or caregiver stays on premise during Social Club mornings.

A private, one-on-one early literacy session in your own home, for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Each 90-minute session is $75 and is built around a carefully chosen children's book, combining storytime with letters and sounds, vocabulary and language, story sequencing, pre-writing and fine motor practice, a story-inspired activity, and hands-on exploration. Sessions are offered Monday to Thursday between 9 AM and 2 PM, and times are very limited.

No. It is play first, always. A beloved children's book becomes the doorway to letters, language, and imagination, and every activity follows your child's pace and interests. Children experience it as an adventure with Ms. Goose; the early literacy is woven quietly through the play.

Storytime at Home travels to Windermere, Winter Garden, and Dr. Phillips only. Because each session is private and Ms. Goose keeps only a handful of at-home slots each week, we keep the travel circle small.

Each week begins with a carefully chosen story. From there, children move through thoughtfully curated experiences that extend the story through play: themed sensory invitations, curated toys and open-ended manipulatives, process-based art, dramatic play, nature-inspired exploration, music and movement, a shared snack, and plenty of child-led play. Rather than rushing from activity to activity, we slow down and give children time to wonder, create, problem-solve, and build friendships.

Your child's safety always comes first. Our educators are CPR certified and the club is intentionally small, limited to 12 children. Before your child's first Friday, every family completes a registration that confirms emergency contacts, authorized pickups, allergies and sensory sensitivities, and photo and video preferences.

A members-only privilege, and one of our favorites. Silly Goose keeps a small, curated library of its own, and each week members may check out a book to enjoy at home, just like a visit to your local library. Because we have one copy of each title, the book your child borrows will be a new story to discover rather than the week's story, which stays at the studio. Every borrowed book earns a Goose Stamp in your child's Silly Goose Reading Passport, helping children build a lifelong love of books one adventure at a time.

We bring the magic of Silly Goose to your home or chosen venue and transform an ordinary celebration into a thoughtfully curated play experience inspired by your child's favorite stories and interests. Parties are designed to feel intimate, for up to 6 children. Members receive 10% off. Reach out and we will plan it together.

A special experience designed to help older brothers and sisters feel confident, included, and excited about welcoming a new family member. Through stories, imaginative play, and hands-on activities, children explore what it means to become a caring and capable big sibling.

Storybook Date Nights bring Silly Goose to your home. Parents enjoy an evening out while Ms. Goose or Ms. Swan leads an evening built around play: stories, imaginative play, games, and cozy wind-down traditions. Evenings are a minimum of 2 hours. Members receive priority booking.

That's perfectly okay. Every child warms up differently, and we always follow a child's comfort level. Some children jump right in, while others prefer to observe first. Building trust and connection is part of every Friday.
